At Matrix we always give our introducers the flexibility to decide the extent to which they are involved in the planning process as some introducers prefer to be more involved than others.

Before we accept a referral or an instruction we will ensure an ‘Introducers Agreement’ is in place which outlines the basis on which our terms have been agreed with you.
